Include your iPhone model, iOS version, Hoard version, and what happened. Screenshots can help, but hide personal financial details. We will never ask for your bank credentials.

Quick answers

Do I need an account?

No. Hoard works on your iPhone without a Hoard or SCALES account.

Where is my data?

Your budget lives on your iPhone. When iCloud is available, Hoard can sync it privately through your own iCloud account. SCALES cannot access your budget.

Can I export from iPhone?

Hoard 0.1.3 does not include export from iPhone.

How do I delete my data?

You can delete individual entries inside Hoard. To remove the data on your iPhone, delete the app. If you used iCloud sync, remove Hoard from iCloud too. There is no Hoard account for us to delete.

Can I import a web hoard?

If you already have a compatible Hoard JSON file, open Settings, Advanced, then Import from Hoard web. Import replaces the hoard currently on your iPhone and accepts compatible Hoard JSON only.

How do widgets work?

Open Settings, then Home Screen Widgets for setup steps. A widget can show your Spare Stash, a dream, or a pouch. Tap it to open spend entry.

How do notifications work?

Notifications are optional, local to your iPhone, and managed in Settings, then Notifications. Choose celebrations, gentle reminders, tribute due dates, and quiet hours. If you turned them off at the system level, re-enable Hoard in iOS Settings.
